|Recommended: YesLaundry Room and gate — Wanted to thank Ray, our maintenance tech for all the improvements in the laundry room. The new counter tops,ceiling and lights look awesome.
The gate between us and Basha's is great. I am glad they changed sides for the lock and the gate itself seems to be even more sturdy than before.

I absolutely love the dog park here and it helps my pup and myself get to know the other dogs and tenants here. Ray the maintenance manager is amazing The office is great very responsive. I don’t have anything negative to say Location is great and the vibe is perfect

|Recommended: YesNew here — Property management and maintenance staff have been wonderful. My girlfriend and I have been only here for just over two months and enjoy it a lot. Also, location is great since there is a lot to do and walk to around us.

|Recommended: YesAmazing Place to Live — I have lived at Inhabit on 7th now for approximately 4 months and it has been absolutely amazing. The office staff is knowledgeable and responds to requests fairly quickly when needed. The maintenance manager is phenomenal and responds to all requests in a timely manner. I have not experienced any bugs in my apartment at all. Parking near the front of the complex can be full at times making you have to park in the back, however, the complex is small enough that even parking in the back and living upfront is not an issue. 10 10 would and do recommend this complex.

Apartments are updated and have a nice layout, but some of the updates are cheap. Not a game changer.
It is an old building, so it has old building faults. Water tastes horrible.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful property — The grounds are well kept and quiet. The maintenance manager is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to maintenance requests. I would definitely recommend this property to those looking for a good place to live.
